Walden began his career in climate during the 2008 financial crisis, consulting with a local utility company as his first client. Since then, he has served many consumer-facing companies as a strategist and consultant, focusing on growth and supply chains in the APAC region.

Before founding unspun in 2017, Walden was the APAC Head of Strategy for lululemon. He has previously worked as a strategist and analyst for IDEO, GGV Capital, and Goldman Sachs. He received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He grew up in Hong Kong.
