Ujwal began his career working on the factory floor and improving the working environment by streamlining operations of the factory he worked in. He continued to work in various industries from metal to hardware to now plastics. In 2012 he started Lucro alongwith other 2 co-founders and started supplying plastic parts to automotive industry. They felt guilty about putting too much plastic in the environment and started Buyback and Recycling (popularly known today as Circular Economy). Currently the company collects plastic waste after use, recycles and makes the same product to supply to its customers.
