Tomas van der Heijden is a climate finance & AI entrepreneur based in Berlin. His journey into the impact space began in 2016, when he moved from his position as a lawyer for the renewable energy market in Canada to a YC-backed start-up in San Francisco that pioneered the application of AI to bridge the access to justice gap. Since 2021, he is the co-founder of Briink, a startup at the forefront of bringing generative AI solutions to the sustainable finance knowledge economy.
