Solveiga Pakštaitė is a designer who specialises in user-centred and sustainable design. She is passionate about creating elegant, intuitive and beautiful products that improve the quality of our everyday lives. She is the inventor of Mimica Touch, a patent-pending food expiry labelling innovation which is set to cut food waste and improve food safety. She set up Mimica to take the product to market. Her innovation in the food packaging industry has been recognised and has won multiple awards. Solveiga is a pioneer within the active and intelligent packaging space, and she is paving the way for intelligent management of resources through access to bio-accurate data. Before Mimica, Solveiga worked as a UX Consultant, a Trends Forecaster as well as a Design Researcher.
