She is one of the most dynamic and prolific business leaders in life sciences in Scotland. Since founding uFraction8 Monika was listed in the Top 20 Women to Watch in Scotland by Insider, and the Top 10 of European Women Who Tech. She is a passionate advocate for Women in STEM actively supporting fellow female founders.
