David is Chair of the Board of Propelair, the cleantech start-up UK designer and manufacturer of (what we believe is) the world's lowest water flush toilet, backed by Investec and Earth Capital. He was inspired to join the business by the technology, which replaces c7.5 litres(l) of water with 120l of air to use just 1.5l of water to move waste into existing drains. This saves water, saves money and improves hygiene. David loves selling great engineering, having been MD of UK & Ireland at Dyson, where he led the turnaround of the territory, which he left to become the CEO of Aqualisa, the shower company, which he grew.

David is also Chair of MYCS, a fast growing €40m European eCommerce retailer of customised furniture; Chair of Motocaddy Golf, the £30m electric trolley business backed by Ethos Partners; a sometime golfer; a follower of rugby and football; father; husband; son; and until recently, the Chair of the UK's leading independent boys’ prep school.
