Chinedu is a serial entrepreneur who has dared to invent the future: In 2005, he founded HopStop, the pioneering travel app that helped millions of users navigate public transportation in major metropolitan areas around the world. Apple acquired HopStop in 2013 and subsequently incorporated much of HopStop’s functionality into Apple Maps. Chinedu also founded Tripology, a lead-generation and referral business for the travel industry. Tripology was acquired by Rand McNally and is now owned by USA Today. He is the inventor of US Patent # 7,957,871, for Methods and Apparatuses for navigation in urban environments
Chinedu was also a core member of the investment team at AM Investment Partners, a $500 million volatility-driven convertible bond arbitrage hedge fund. Prior to completing his M.B.A., he spent several years in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance groups of J.P Morgan Chase where he was involved in a broad range of M&A, financing and private equity transactions. 
Forbes has named Chinedu one of the “10 Most Powerful People in Africa.” He was named Black Enterprise Magazine's Small Business Innovator of the Year and listed in the magazine's “Top 40 Under 40.” Chinedu has been featured in media including Bloomberg, Fortune, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CNBC and more. Chinedu is committed to making the world a better, more cohesive place through the free flow of information. 
Chinedu holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and B.S in Finance and Accounting (Honors) from Syracuse University.
